Background and Purpose: Crime, as a phenomenon rooted in the social history of human beings, has grown in line with the progress of societies. Although all crimes somehow undermine Security, in some crimes, this characteristic is more obvious and is directly related to public Security and comfort, which are called Security crimes. Throughout this period, “crime detection” has sometimes benefited from individual and group experiences, and sometimes, institutions and organizations have identified criminals by following codified patterns. The present study examines the pattern of utilizing Citizen participation in Security “crime detection” (with an emphasis on the McKinsey framework). Method: This research is “applied-developmental” in terms of its purpose and exploratory in terms of its type, which was conducted using a qualitative method (content analysis). First, by reviewing the theoretical literature, the dimensions and components of Security crime detection using Citizens’ participation were extracted and presented in the McKinsey model. Finally, to validate the results, the initial model was presented to a focus group of Security crime detection experts, and the final model was rewritten considering their corrective comments. Findings: According to the experts’ views, the pattern of utilizing Citizen participation in Security crime detection (with an emphasis on the McKinsey framework) includes 7 dimensions and 31 identifiable components that emphasize the need analysis of Citizens, creating a platform for active participation of minorities and ethnicities, youth, special participation of women and NGOs, as well as using Citizens as sources and informants, using them in field research on suspects and subjects, tracking and monitoring in cyberspace including identifying and tracking subjects in cyberspace and combating anti-Security crises (riots, protests, etc.) and monitoring surveillance devices (urban cameras, technical equipment, etc.). Conclusion: In this regard, the research results emphasize the necessity of creating a” Security crime detection structure utilizing the Citizens’ capacity” as a headquarters in the Police Intelligence Organization and to predict executive units within specialized police forces. It also refers to requirements such as police-Citizen academies, a website, and a social network for the police and the crime detection unit.

Citizenship rights are a combination of duties and responsibilities of society members towards one another, society and state. This right will be protected by law. In cases such as threats to national Security, governments may serve these threats as a ground for restrictions on these rights. States must adhere to legislative principles such as proportionality and non-discrimination. After the 9/11 attacks, the European countries have defined terrorism as a threat against fundamental values and relying on these, they tried to restrict civil rights. The main question is how fighting terrorism has affected Citizenship rights in Europe? Using the explanatory method and with the aim of enriching the research literature on the current situation of civil rights in the light of the anti-terrorist policies of European countries, the results of the study show that in the State of Exception, the provision of Security through preventive use of criminal justice in reality, results in ignoring many of the fundamental rights and freedom of individuals and minority groups.

Life and Security are natural human rights that the basis of other human rights and fundamental freedoms. Security as a fundamental condition of human life is understandable in all places of the world and the constitutions of countries. Security moved away from the traditional aspects such as the physical and military dimensions and it encompasses more features of human life. In the meantime, sustainable Citizen Security is a new concept that, while having the previous dimensions, encompasses various aspects and is directly related to human quality of life and dignity. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the factors that contribute to sustainable Citizen Security. The main issue of this research is to identify the factors and indicators which lead to shape sustainable Citizen Security and then distinguish synergistic relationship between the factors by using of interpretative structural modeling. This research in terms of purpose is an applied one and in order to obtain information, descriptive and library method is used. Factors affecting the formation of sustainable Citizen Security have been determined based on reviewing previous international literature and documents as well as interviews with experts. Then by using of ISM methodology, the relationships between factors was analyzed. Finally, the factors were analyzed with regard to their effectiveness and impact on other factors via MICMAC analysis. The results show that political and economic factors are the main drivers in the formation of sustainable Citizen Security and any action to create and improve sustainable Citizen Security requires to reform in these two factors. Linkage factors including social, health, dietary, and environmental ones also play a vital role in this system. The personal factor in this system is passive and is influenced by other factors in relation to the concept of sustainable Citizen Security.

The information-based society is being shaped and developed in all countries with different proportions. In several literatures electronic cities, virtual organizzations and electronic Citizens are common and understandable terms for people. Security beside development, to phenomenons of the third millennium, have always been among the people’s concerns. By cooperating with Security agencies, engineers and IT experts are introducing new ideas and devices in the realm of hardwares and software's day after day for Security purposes. Among these devices Biometrics is known as the best one and it is called the safety technology for the next century.With the development of IT applications like E-commerce their relevant issues like: credit cards, digital money and signature and wiring money demand special Security systems. Among the existing tools and technologies in Biometric family, some are directly used by Citizens and the C.I.D Police can have access to them in order to provide more Security. In this article, the biometrics characteristics and their applications in Security systems as well as a practical software and hardware project relating to fingerprinting are discussed.

The present paper tries to answer the following question by investigating the conceptualization of Citizen Security; can the concept of Citizen Security help the reconstruction of Security in developing countries? By raising this question, after the issue’s conceptualization using descriptive-analytic method, this fact has been examined that how the concept of Citizen Security would lead to the violence in developing countries and affects the Citizen performance from the governments? The formulated hypothesis is that the functions of Citizen Security concept can help the functional and conceptual reconstruction and social Security of developing countries. The findings indicate that Citizen Security can help create a correct image of the reasons behind social conflicts through evaluating the environmental hazards. In addition, Islam has the required instructions for designing the Security theory appropriate with this time and age in all dimensions. The Security that Islam claims is not arbitrary and police Security. The Islamic views believe in the superiority of wisdoms and ideals such as justice and freedom in Security.

Objective: Current century is named extra complexities age and Security is one of the Substantial factors of development in human societies. The other meaning, Security is prerequisite for social, economic, cultural and political development and associates to development levels of each society and for this reason, awareness of a society Security statue has impressive role in problems cognition and their infrastructure enhancement. Methods: These research data are obtained through predicative studying (statistic annals of Yazd). In this research for weighting indexes, we use Delphi technique and for data analyzing ARAS technique and for spatial analyzing IDW model. Results: The research conclusions show that Meybod town has the best quality with score: 1 and Yazd town has the worst condition with score: 0. 431 in Citizenship Security. Northwest and south from yazd are rather balanced in Security sense and central districts of Yazd (Taft and Bafgh) have the less density than other places Conclusion: Spatial Distribution of Citizenship Sense of Security in Yazd Province does not follow variables such as population size, bureaucratic congestion and extent. The ranking of Yazd city with the highest population density and administrative-military density and being the urban center of Yazd province illustrates this.

Purpose: Food Security is a critical global challenge that is influenced by research and innovation in the field. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the scientific output of developing countries in food Security and examine its relationship with patents and Gross Domestic Product (GDP).Methodology: This applied research utilized the Scientometric approach. A total of 8,416 papers published between 1992-2023 in the field of food Security by developing countries were included in the study using citation databases from Clarivate Analytics. Additionally, patent registrations from the WIPO database and GDP data from the World Bank were analyzed. Information was collected through note-taking, and the data was analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient.Findings: The findings reveal an upward trend in the publication and citation of scientific outputs related to food Security in developing countries. China has higher numbers of papers, patents, GDP, and food production index compared to Iran, Japan, and South Korea. There is also a positive correlation observed between population and the number of papers, gross production and the number of papers, food production and the number of published papers, as well as the number of patents and papers citing scientific outputs of countries.Conclusion: These results highlight the significant relationship between increasing scientific output, GDP, the number of patents, and food Security. Greater emphasis on food Security contributes to enhanced scientific output, GDP, and innovation. Similarly, increasing scientific output, GDP, and innovation positively impact food Security in countries.Value: This study emphasizes the importance of scientific outputs in driving technological advancements, innovations, and ultimately, ensuring food Security in developing countries.

Background and Aim: The main purpose of this study was to investigate the role of Citizen participation in providing social Security feeling (Case study: Mobarakeh city).Methodology: This research was conducted using a survey method and data were collected through a questionnaire. The statistical population of this research is the Citizens of Mobarakeh, who are over 20 years old, in 2016. Based on the statistics and the Population and Housing Census of 2016, the city of Mobarakeh is 120737. Considering that the sample size was 383 based on the Cochran formula, the researcher considered 400 samples as the sample to increase the reliability of the research tool. The method of finding the samples in this research is based on the clusters determined from the city of Mobarakeh.Findings and Conclusion: The results show that there is a high correlation between the level of public participation and the sense of Security, so that the T for the public participation is equal (6.28) and the significant coefficient (Sig.T=0, 000); for the place of birth, T was equal to (5.42) and the significant coefficient (Sig.T=0.000); for satisfaction from the police function, T was (4.87); T for the responsibility of the people was (3.002) and the coefficient significance was (Sig. T=0.017). This is while for gender it is equal to (2.85) and the coefficient significance was (Sig.T=0.006) and for marital status, T is equal (2.44) and the coefficient significance (Sig.T=0.004). At this stage, the coefficient of determination is equal to 0.49

Objective The use of Citizen capability in different societies is a strong point in promoting the social status of Citizens and enhancing Security at the community level. The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of Citizen participation in Herat city and its impact on enhancing Citizens' Security and social development. Method: In order to achieve this goal after collecting the initial data using Pearson correlation, linear regression, t-test and the like in SPSS software, the relationship between the variables was investigated and then analyzed using Waspas and GIS analyzes. Necessary space has been surveyed around Herat. Results: The findings confirm that the highest and lowest levels of participation were observed in the tenth and ninth districts respectively, in terms of status and tendency for Citizen participation, and the highest and lowest in terms of social development indicators in the 7th district of Herat, respectively. The ninth district and finally according to the indices of urban Security got the highest score in the 14th district and the lowest in the tenth district. Conclusion: The results of the study confirm that the Citizens' willingness to participate in urban affairs is high, while the authorities are negligent about this issue and the ability and bias of Citizens to establish Security and consequently Increasing social development of the community has been neglected, which requires further scrutiny.

This study aimed to investigate the role of police in Citizen participation and the moderator of the police with an emphasis on community-based approach to social Security is done. To this end, there are two hypotheses that 1-The police sociology has a significant effect on the social participation of Citizens, and social Security modifies this effect. 2-Sociological sociology has a significant social impact on social participation and Citizen behavior and social Security modifies this impact. This research, and its applications in terms of how they collect and the nature of the data, descriptive (correlation), respectively. The study population as a senior undergraduate students of Islamic Azad University of reconciliation in the school year constitute. The sample size is based on the Cochran's formulas and determined 254 samples were selected using stratified sampling based on gender. The data collecting tool, three questionnaire based on the literature and studies on a Likert scale of five were designed, respectively. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires through convergent and divergent validity, Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability is approved. Data analysis using structural equation-based approach to software Smart-PLS partial least squares was used. The results showed that Police community based social participation of Citizens in both subjective and objective and positive influence behavior and impact, taking into account the role of the moderator is social Security.
